At Welsh Rescue Lip Wax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and condition.

How to initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team at admin@welshrescuelipwax.org with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with return instructions and an address to send the product back to.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued once we have received the returned product and verified its condition. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund once the return is processed.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• If the product is opened or used, we may not be able to process a full refund.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including covering the return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email.

5. Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lip balms. Please be sure to review your order before completing the purchase.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return the item for a refund, as outlined above.
